The Inn on the Park Hotel is uniquely experienced in providing complete solutions for the most technologically demanding conference. From fiber-speed Internet to multiple line room and conference telephones, one computer to hundreds of computers, we have the infrastructure and staff available to customize our facilities to your exact need. Our hotel has a 20 megabit fiber optic cable feed to the Internet. With advanced planning, this Internet bandwidth can be made available to conferences occupying one room, or spanning multiple conference rooms and guest rooms. We are experienced in setting up in-building private networks for customers who need an extreme level of multi-user network security. All conference and guest rooms are wired for complimentary 10meg/s always-on high-speed Internet, guests simply plug their computer and their own patch cable into the network jack in the room. Complimentary WIFI wireless Internet is available in select hotel public spaces and for guests who do not bring a computer with them, two free access computers with laser printer are provided in our Guest Services Room. Conference and guest rooms use the hotel's PBX for inside room-to-room and room-to-outside telephone service. The PBX is connected via Century Tel T1 to the PSTN, and coupled with our fiber cable Internet connection, we no longer need ISDN circuits for telephone or Internet connectivity as we are able to employ our newer, more advanced, and lesser cost technologies. If specific services are needed for a conference from an outside telecom provider, we can support this installation through our abundant copper feed lines and will assist conference technical staff to ensure these services are delivered to the exact location in our hotel. We have extensive wiring and technical knowledge and are experienced in installing outside services. We have built large in-building networks for previous customers to utilize during their use of our facilities. We have installed high-capacity in-building wire infrastructure to allow us to provide a customized technology solution for almost any size conference even if your conference is spread across multiple rooms.
