Hotel Rating: AAA-3 Diamonds.All conference and guest rooms are wired for complementary 10meg/s always-on high-speed Internet, guests simply plug their computer and their own patch cable into the network jack in the room. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available throughout the hotel and for guests who do not bring a computer with them, two free-access computers with laser printer are provided in our Business Center. Conference and guest rooms use the hotels PBX for inside room-to-room, and room-to-outside telephone service. The PBX is connected via Century Tel T1 to the PSTN, and coupled with our fiber cable Internet connection, we no longer need ISDN circuits for telephone or Internet connectivity as we are able to employ our newer, more advanced, and lesser cost technologies. If specific services are needed for a conference from an outside telecom provider, we can support this installation through our abundant copper feed lines and will assist conference technical staff to ensure these services are delivered to the exact location in our hotel. We have extensive wiring and technical knowledge, and are experienced with installing outside services. We have built large in-building networks for previous customers to utilize during their use of our facilities. We have installed high-capacity in-building wire infrastructure to allow us to provide a customized technology solution for almost any size conference even if your conference is spread across multiple rooms. Weekend installation work can be coordinated in advance, though we can normally accommodate all technology installations during normal workday hours when outside service phone companies are open and available for technical support. If you ordered an ISDN line or other specialized service it would be installed by the phone company during normal business hours. Our experienced Hotel IT staff will work directly with AMS Engineering contractors and staff to ensure any outside services are routed to the conference location over our extensive in-building wiring.
