Add an On-site Ceremony for $250 in the Top of the Park or $500 in the Hall of Wisconsin Ballroom

    • Use of the Ceremony Venue on the Night Before the Ceremony, for a Rehearsal (Dinner Purchased Separately if Applicable)
    • Theatre Style Seating for Ceremony and, if Desired, A Switch to Reception Style for Cocktails and Hors 'oeuvres
    • ***We are not able to guarantee that the ceremony venue will be available for a rehearsal the night before, or that it can be set for the ceremony the night before.  The only way to ensure that you have the venue set for the next day is to pay the full room rental fee of $700.  Rehearsals that do not include a meal must end by 5:00 PM on Friday and Saturday nights.

Package Policies
  • Package reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please call our catering department at 608-285-8000 and ask for the “Basic or Deluxe Wedding Package”. You may also reach us at weddings@innonthepark.net.
  • Packages are sold based on limited availability.
  • A meal must be purchased for each wedding guest.
  • You are responsible for setting up and taking down decorations that are not provided by the hotel by 9:00 a.m. the next day.
  • We offer at least four (4) hours for decorating. If the room is not in use you may be able to set up sooner than that.
  • Guests are responsible for testing all audio-visual equipment in advance of the wedding and for having someone run all audio-visual presentations. If audio- visual equipment is brought in a $100 equipment fee may apply.
  • No substitutions or refunds are given on unused portions of packages.
  • A cancellation fee equal to the room, set-up and estimated food and beverage costs will apply if a group cancels within 30 days of a function. The hotel reserves the right to re-sell any space which has been cancelled.
  • A non-refundable $1,500 deposit is due upon signing the contract.
  • An additional non-refundable $1,500 deposit is due three months before the wedding.
  • The final estimated balance is due with the guaranteed number of guests, 72 hours before the wedding. A credit card is required for any remaining balance upon conclusion of your event.  [Top]

Gift Bag Delivery. Are you thinking of welcoming your guests with a special gift? We can help. We are not able to pre-place gifts in individual sleeping rooms; however, they can be handed to guests at check-in. Please drop off your gift bags a maximum of 24 hours in advance of the arrival of your first guest. The Inn on the Park does not charge for the distribution of identical gift bags. Personalized gift bags, such as bags assigned to specific individuals in your guest room block, incur a fee of $10 per bag.  [Top]
