Gold Wedding Package includes

• The Top of the Park sky-view banquet facility for Rehearsal Dinner or Gift Opening Brunch^
• The Top of the Park sky-view banquet facility for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails for up to 2 hours prior to the reception finishing by 5:30pm
• Six cocktail tables with the table tie color of your choice
• Two bartenders for the duration of the cocktail ‘hour’ at the Top of the Park *

Saturday Wedding Reception Packages
To be eligible for Saturday Night Wedding Packages the following requirements apply

• Reception dates falling between April - October, 2010 & 2011 a minimum of 225 guests applies
• Reception dates falling between January - March, 2010 & 2011 and November - December, 2010 & 2011 a minimum of 125 guests applies
• A plated dinner or dinner buffet for each guest must be purchased
• Friday & Sunday Reception Packages available at a 50% discount

Friday & Sunday Wedding Reception Packages
To be eligible for Friday or Sunday Night Wedding Packages the following requirements apply

• Friday & Sunday Reception Packages available at a 50% discount off the package price.
• A minimum of 125 guests applies
• A plated dinner or dinner buffet for each guest must be purchased
• Friday & Sunday Reception Package pricing is not discounted over Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, or other Holiday or Special Event weekends.  [Top]

Package Policies

• Package reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please call our catering department at 608-285-8000 and ask to speak with the Wedding Coordinator. We can also be reached at weddings@innonthepark.net.
• Package is sold based on limited availability.No substitutions or refunds are given on unused portions of packages.
• Food and beverage are at full menu pricing.No additional discounts are given.
• A cancellation fee equal to the room, set-up and estimated food and beverage costs will apply if a group cancels within 45 days of the function.The hotel reserves the right to re-sell any space which has been cancelled.
• A non-refundable $1,500.00 deposit is due upon signing the agreement.
• A non-refundable $3,000.00 deposit is due six months before the event date.
• A non-refundable $3,000.00 deposit is due three months before the event date.
• The final estimated balance is due with the guaranteed number of guests 72 hours before the function.A credit card is required for any remaining balance upon the conclusion of your event. [Top]

Gift Bag Delivery. Are you thinking of welcoming your guests with a special gift? We can help. We are not able to pre-place gifts in individual sleeping rooms; however, they can be handed to guests at check-in. Please drop off your gift bags a maximum of 24 hours in advance of the arrival of your first guest. The Inn on the Park does not charge for the distribution of identical gift bags. Personalized gift bags, such as bags assigned to specific individuals in your guest room block, incur a fee of $10 per bag.
