• Reservations are only accepted by calling the reservations department at 800-279-8811 and requesting the Art Fair rate. 
• Advance reservations (48 hours) are required to ensure availability, with a two night minimum for Friday and Saturday.
• There are no Saturday arrivals during Art Fair weekend.
• No substitutions are given on unused portions of packages.
• Reservations cancelled less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival are subject to cancellation fees.
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or cash deposit.
