Madison’s most magical weddings come alive at the Inn on the Park, where dreams and memories are created and cherished. Celebrate your special wedding occasion in our elegant.

Hall of Wisconsin. A Ballroom, which accommodates 360 for dinner and up to 600 people for a reception. Our grand ballroom is equipped with a a built-in dance floor, an 8-foot screen, a head table on risers, cake table, DJ table, guest book table, name card table and gift table. We decorate with 12” x 12” square mirrored tile centerpieces on our tables, fine linens, stylish place settings and glowing votive candles. The ballroom is made more festive with the additional touch of fichus trees adorned with lights. A catering manager will be present throughout your event to ensure that all of your expectations are met and to attend to every last detail. The ballroom is available until midnight when the bar closes and the DJ plays a final song.

The Top of the Park. The top of the Park is a popular choice for pre-reception cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as well as rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions of up to 120 people. Keep the Top of the Park in mind for your gift-opening brunch the day after your wedding.  [Top]

Creative Wedding Menus. Our catering managers will work with you to plan your personalized menu - a plated dinner, a buffet or hors d’oeuvres. Dinners include salad, rolls, coffee, tea, milk and dessert. If you are serving wedding cake for dessert, we will substitute two large hors d’oeuvres trays. You may offer your guests a choice of two entrées, as well as a vegetarian option and a kid’s meal. We offer half barrels of beer and a wide selection of wine and beverages. If there is a specific label you would like to have served we will go out of our way to try and accommodate your request. The bride and groom are invited to sample two entrées and two salads at a taste testing when they are ready to send out invitations. A guarantee of final numbers is not required until three to five days before the event.  [Top]

Wedding Packages. Celebrate your wedding with us and the bride and groom will receive a complimentary bridal suite complete with champagne. Wedding room blocks may be reserved in advance. Overnight guests are treated to one complimentary parking spot per room. For wedding guests, the hotel offers valet parking at $1 an hour (with a cap at 8 hours).
